Ukrainians are welcome to register for pharmacy vouchers

IOM Lithuania will soon start distributing Eurovaistinė vouchers to war refugees from Ukraine. Nearly 1800 vouchers are planned to be distributed in total. These vouchers are intended for the purchase of medicines or other medical supplies. IOM Lithuania invites Ukrainians who meet the criteria listed below to register for the vouchers. After the evaluation of the registration forms, the pharmacy vouchers will be delivered by IOM Lithuania staff.

Registration for the voucher

Registration for the pharmacy voucher is open to citizens of Ukraine or third countries, who arrived from Ukraine after 24 February 2022 and have a temporary residence permit for temporary protection in the Republic of Lithuania or a registration card issued by the Migration Department.

Registration is carried out electronically. Registration is limited to one time only. Children under 18 are registered by their parents/guardians, and persons with disabilities are registered by an authorised representative, if necessary. The vouchers will be given to refugees from Ukraine who meet the specified vulnerability criteria. The number of vouchers is limited.

Vulnerability criteria

Individuals must meet at least one of the following vulnerability criteria (supporting documents required):

  • two or more children under 18, raised by a single mother/father/guardian (voucher is granted for children only), or

Delivery of pharmacy vouchers

The vouchers will be delivered in person during the meeting with IOM Lithuania representatives. Individuals who meet the criteria will be informed of the time and place of the meeting by e-mail specified on the registration form. All valid documents proving eligibility must be presented at the time of the meeting, together with a copy thereof. A support agreement will be signed with the beneficiaries/representatives. It should be noted that the meetings will take place only in the largest cities in Lithuania.
